Our support system is designed for people that need complex technical assistance at a lower cost. Hence, the acronym is P.O.O.R.

This is a new project we've started to help people understand and work with the complex technology that we have to deal with these days. There was a red flag that went up when they announced mainstream Artificial Intelligence in the workplace. Most of us have a hard time with basic computer operation so that only means that the least of us will be challenged to learn the new technology whether we like it or not. Those without help or resources will end up on the bottom while others rise to the top. We at the Activemode Network wanted to do something to help. If we can get the help we need, then we can help everyone else. Everything starts from somewhere.

The Activemode Network helps people that need to learn more about how things work. And for the ones that already know, we help them use the internet as a resource for what they need to do. Some are small business owners just starting, that need help getting things set up. Others are already established and are looking to advance a little further. Nevertheless, we help those people that help us. As the name implies, we help the people that need more help than they can pay for, and we run on donations.

The internet resource that the Activemode Network uses is expensive and the overall cost is normally over $1,000 a month which includes Website Management, Data Transfers, Video Conferencing and Automated Response Systems that are backup up with Support Agents who are also Contractors. The donation received with go towards paying for the help we need to keep the website online and accessible for those who need our help.
